Material for all ads (including Covers) are required on disk as a HI RES PDF File, 300 DPI CMYK with color proof. Ads accepted on CD-ROM disk (150/175 line screen). Ads must be done in InDesign CS; Photoshop CS as a EPS file or PDF file. (CMYK 300 DPI with all links and fonts provided on disk). Mail CD-ROM with Color Proof to Palm Beach Society, 240 Worth Ave. PO Box 3229, Palm Beach, FL 33480.
Publisher is not responsible for quality of creative work done on behalf of client; and prefers finished ads
(HI RES PDF) to be furnished by advertiser. If publisher is to make ad, client must supply layout, original artwork, original photographs (no negatives). Logos and photographs preferred on CD-ROM as HI RES PDF; TIFF; JPG files only. Any work required by publisher will be billed to advertiser at prevailing rates. Any ads sent in other formats will be sent out and the production costs will be passed on to the client.
Reproduction quality is contingent on material furnished. Due to variances in printing and ink, publisher does not guarantee exact color match to materials submitted. Colors will be matched as closely as possible, but no rebate or discounts will be given if color varies from materials provided.
